About Daniel Joseph Shamy

I graduated law school in 2001, and licensed to practce law in Florida, December 2001. I opened my law firm right out of law school and started as general counsel for a publicly traded company, which lead to my experience in corporate litigation. I partnered with another attorney that ultimately lead to my assumption of his ownership interest in the law firm known as "K/S, Attorneys at Law." I pride myself and my firm not only in the level of service, knowledge and expertise we bring to the table for our clients, but also access. Our clients always speak with their attorney. I am involved in business outside my law firm, and I abhor attorneys that charge for every second in minimum increments, and I will not allow that to happen to my own clients. Other than my practice, as I stated, I have a plethora of businesses that I own personally or with family throughout the east coast of the United States. I am a family man, blessed with a wife and two kids. I am a former competitive athlete, having participated in sports for the greater part of my life, thus maintain that competitive spirit in business pursuits. I also love to keep my edge and feel life through adrenalin pumping experiences, like driving my cars on racing tracks and participating in contact sports. I love my family, and I treat my clients as though they were family. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact my office to speak directly with me for your legal needs.
